How to solve the LED flashing fault?

LED lamps are gradually occupying the current electric lamp market due to their high brightness, low energy consumption and long life. Generally speaking, it is very difficult for LED lights to cause problems, but sometimes they will also flicker and other failures after a long time.LED Christmas String Lights Suppliers
First, analyze the reasons for flicker. Most of the current LED lights use constant current power supplies. Its basic feature is that the output current is constant but the voltage has no fixed value. It will keep changing within a certain range according to the change of the internal resistance of the load. Make adjustments to achieve the purpose of constant current. That is to say, in order to meet the requirement of outputting 300mA current, the voltage can be adjusted automatically within the range of 27~42V.

Set the multimeter to a DC current> 1A, measure any one of the LEDs as shown in the figure below, and the whole light no longer flickers when the test leads are in contact, and the multimeter shows that the current is 300mA. At this time, it can be basically judged that the power supply is normal Yes, the flicker is caused by the increase in the vF value of a certain LED after a long time.
Use the voltage range of the meter to measure the LEDs one by one according to the above figure, and replace the lamp beads with a voltage higher than 4V. If only one LED is broken and you don't want to be too troublesome, you can also use a wire to short-circuit it. The broken LED has a black dot in the middle, and this dot cannot be wiped off.
